Art's experience in the Industrial OEM marketplace dates back to 1975. His experience includes providing customized solutions to the OEM market at K-W Associates, Inc. since 1999. Art also served as the sales manager for a major fractional HP motor manufacturer and has sold thermal mechanical components for over 20 years as a manufacturer's representative.

Mike's experience in OEM industrial sales and management began in 1991. His experience includes providing customized solutions in the sub-fractional AC and DC geared motor industry. He became a member of the K-W Associates team in 2007. Mike was also a plant manger for a major gear motor manufacturer for many years.

Tom's extensive sales and management experience dates back to 1976. His
experience includes providing solutions with motors and power transmission
components to OEM's, distributors and user markets. His vast experience
allows him to effectively manage our office in Minnesota and provide sales
solutions to our customers in the southern half of the Twin Cities area,
southern Minnesota, Iowa and Nebraska.

Paul's experience in OEM industrial sales and marketing dates back to 1994. Prior to joining K-W Associates, Paul served as a regional sales manager for a major servo motor manufacturer where he managed several independent representative agencies. Paul has an excellent knowledge of fractional horsepower motors and the customer base in his territory.
